- Open the IE browser.
- From the "Tools" menu, choose the "Internet Options" menu item.
- In the "Internet Options" dialog box, click on the "Privacy" tab.
- Turn off the pop-up blocker. (Uncheck the "Turn on Pop-up Blocker" checkbox.)
- In the "Internet Options" dialog box, click on the "Security" tab.
- Highlight the "Internet" zone.
- Click on the "Custom Level..." button.
- Use the following for the "Downloads" settings:
- Enable: "Automatic prompting for file downloads"
- Enable: "File download"
- Enable: "Font download"
